I am unable to sleep

  • Yes! Its  fact that its testing time for entire mankind and such health issues like loss of sleep are quite a normal human reaction.
  • Involve yourself in some activity, talk to your friends, express yourself
  • Do some exercise, physical activity, sing aloud!
  • Write the diary or journal about what are you feeling right now and how you want to be feel like.
  • Take adequate and balanced meals and all the medications
  • May involve in ‘prayers’ or chant the devotional songs’
  • Remember and recall your good times and believe that they are ‘just around the corner’, just  a day more
  • This ‘too shall pass, have faith’!
