General Instructions


  1. Please drink 8-10 glass of water/fluids/juices/soups/ dal ka pani daily (preferably warm water).
  2. Warm saline gargles can be helpful.
  3. Minimum 8 hours of sleep daily.
  4. Please do breathing exercises for 30 minutes daily.
  5. Include green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Maintain good protein intake, protein rich foods are: Soyabeen, nutri, mushrooms, peas, beans, pulses, tofu and paneer.
  6. Follow social distancing, hand hygiene and wear mask.

  1. Pulse rate more than 120 per minute
  2. Breathlessness
  3. If feeling heaviness in the chest
  4. If lips turn blue
  5. Oxygenation Saturation is below 94%
